For bracelets and necklaces, we use 18k white gold to allow softness and fluidity near the body.

Yes. For fully customized energy-matching or higher-tier pieces,
you can schedule a private session.

Can I choose my own diamond?
We get this question a lot—especially since you’re buying online, and we’re the ones choosing the stone for you.
So here’s the honest answer:
Technically, you’re not the one choosing the diamond.
But almost every customer tells us the same thing—
“It feels like it was made for me.”
You can choose the style—pendant, ring, or bracelet—and you’re welcome to share your birthdate, intention, or anything else that matters to you. Then, we do the matching process through meditation and energy reading. We don’t pick by appearance.
We let the right one come forward for you.
And when it arrives, it usually makes perfect sense.
What is the Chansa Collection?
Chansa is your energetic blueprint—based on your birth year, zodiac, and elemental alignment.
Each piece in the Chansa Collection is paired with a leaf or flower that aligns with your core energy.
It’s our most gentle and accessible entry point into the Guardian experience.
Warranty
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every Guardian Diamond comes with a complimentary lifetime warranty—because sacred things should last.
How do I make a warranty claim?
- Contact us with your order number, photos/video, and a brief description.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
- Ship your piece (insured + trackable).
Our artisans assess it in 7–14 business days, then we’ll update you on repair/replacement next steps.
What is covered under the warranty?
We repair or replace if the issue is due to:
- Manufacturing defects
- Setting craftsmanship (e.g., workmanship affecting prongs/structure)
- Quality of raw materials (our diamonds are natural, uncut, ethically sourced)
What’s not covered: normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss/theft, chemical exposure, third-party alterations/repairs (these void the warranty), everyday chain/clasp wear.
Shipping note: The warranty is complimentary, but customers pay all shipping costs for inspection, repair, or replacement (both ways).
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my jewelry?
Yes. We offer 30-day returns from delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging and documents.
- Final Sale items, gift bags/packaging sets, and gift cards are not returnable.
- For sets, the entire set must be returned together.
When will I receive my refund?
After your return arrives and passes inspection, please allow up to 7 business days (up to 14 in rare cases) for processing. Refunds post to your original payment method; banks may take 3–10 business days to finalize.
Shipping charges, duties, and taxes (if any) are non-refundable.
How do I exchange my jewelry?
Within 30 days, request an exchange via email/LINE.
- Once your original item is received and approved, we’ll ship your new piece.
- Customer pays shipping for exchange shipments (both ways).
- In regions where direct exchange isn’t available, we’ll process a return for a gift card, so you can reorder seamlessly.
How do I return my jewelry?

- You may use your own carrier or request our help arranging a label (fees apply).

Do you use real raw diamonds?
Yes. We use real, 100% natural, uncut diamonds—never lab-grown, never synthetic. Each stone is individually energy-matched through our meditative process before it becomes your Guardian Diamond
What are GIA and IGI?
- GIA (Gemological Institute of America) and IGI (International Gemological Institute) are independent labs that evaluate and grade gemstones/diamonds.
- Traditional grading focuses on cut, color, clarity, carat—standards designed for cut/polished stones. Raw, uncut diamonds fall outside many of those conventions, which is why we emphasize authenticity, ethical sourcing, and energy matching.
- Our lead gemologist holds GIA credentials, guiding our sourcing and inspection standards.
Are Guardian Diamond’s diamonds conflict-free?
Yes. We do not use lab-grown stones, and all of our diamonds are 100% legal and conflict-free, sourced responsibly through vetted suppliers in compliance with international standards.
Why do you use platinum?
For purity, stability, and security. Platinum 950 is highly inert, hypoallergenic, and strong—perfect for protecting the natural edges of an uncut diamond. It preserves the stone’s presence without plating and supports the energetic integrity we value.
Which metal is right for me?
- Platinum 950: Hypoallergenic, naturally white (no rhodium needed), dense and durable—ideal for securely holding raw diamonds.
- 18k White Gold (chains): Luxurious yet lighter on the body; a beautiful complement to platinum pendants for daily wear.

Yes. All Guardian Diamonds are 100% legal and conflict-free, sourced from partners who comply with the Kimberley Process and local laws. We do not work with lab-grown or synthetic stones.
Where do your raw diamonds come from?
Our diamonds are sourced through vetted suppliers and partners that comply with international regulations. Each stone is reviewed in our Thailand studio for authenticity, ethics, and energy alignment before being set.
Private Matching Session
What is a Private Matching Session?
A one-on-one energy matching with Doctor Sa to find the Guardian Diamond that aligns with your current life season. It can be held on-site at our Bangkok HQ or online via Google Meet.
How does the session work?
Doctor Sa leads a short grounding, then tunes into your intention and timeline. She meditatively selects a primary diamond match (and sometimes 1–2 alternates) that resonate with your energy.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Optional but helpful:
- Your intention (what you’re calling in—e.g., protection, clarity, love, career)
- Birth details you’re comfortable sharing (year/weekday/month/zodiac)
- Any recent life context you wish to mention
- A budget range so we show aligned options
Can I choose based on how the diamond looks?
Yes—share what you love. We’ll honor design preferences (pendant/necklace/bracelet).
Still, the final selection is energy-led; many clients find the “right” diamond chooses them.
Where is the on-site session?
At our Bangkok HQ (full address and directions provided after booking).
How long is the session?
Most sessions take 30–60 minutes. We allow extra time when needed so the match feels clear.
What if I need to reschedule?
Just let us know—we’re flexible and happy to find a new time.
Can I bring someone with me on-site?
A supportive companion is welcome (one person). For online, you can share the Meet link with a trusted person.
Is the session private?
Yes. All sessions are confidential and one-to-one with Doctor Sa (with a team member assisting as needed).
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal and major credit/debit cards via LianLian Pay. You can check out in THB or USD.
How do I book?

Do I have to decide during the session?
No. If you need time, tell us—we can place a short hold on your match (availability varies; confirm during the session).
Do you offer custom designs?
No. Guardian Diamond works with pre-made, energetically curated designs only. This keeps the integrity of our energy-matching process and ensures each piece is crafted to our standards.
What happens after we find my diamond?
We’ll confirm your preferred form from our Signature Collection of 20+ pre-made designs (no custom design work). Each design is crafted to hold a matched Guardian Diamond.

- Once you choose, we’ll invoice and ship worldwide via DHL/FedEx Express with tracking.

How do online sessions work?
We’ll send a Google Meet link. You’ll see the shortlisted stones live on camera and receive photos/videos after the call

How can I pay for my jewelry?
We currently accept:
- PayPal
- Major credit/debit cards via LianLian Pay (secure card gateway)
You can check out in USD. Your bank may apply currency conversion or international fees if your card is in a different currency.
What should I do if my payment doesn’t work?
Try these quick steps:
- Confirm billing details match exactly with your bank/card (name, address, ZIP/postcode).
- Complete any 3-D Secure/OTP prompts from your bank.
- Try another browser/device and make sure VPN/ad-blockers are off.
- Try an alternative method: Pay with PayPal if a card isn’t going through.
- Call your bank to approve international or online transactions (sometimes banks auto-block).

Note: If you see multiple attempts on your statement, your bank may show temporary authorizations, but you’ll only be captured/charged once for a successful order.
Is your site safe and secure?
Yes. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant (the highest industry standard), and all checkouts are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
We do not store your card details.
Payments are processed securely by PayPal and LianLian Pay, and many cards support 3-D Secure/OTP for an extra layer of protection.

How long will it take for my jewelry to arrive?
We ship with DHL Express and FedEx.
- Processing (energy-matching & inspection): typically 2–5 business days
- Express transit: usually 2–5 business days worldwide once dispatched

My tracking link doesn’t show updates?
That’s normal within the first 24–48 hours after labe
My order shows up as delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

- Look for a delivery photo/scan via the tracking link
- Wait 24 hours—sometimes carriers mark as delivered a bit early.
- Contact DHL/FedEx with your tracking number.
- Message us with your order number + tracking; we’ll assist with a trace.
Do you ship on weekends or bank holidays?
Our company processes orders Monday–Saturday. Carriers may not pick up or deliver on weekends or public holidays (varies by region). Orders placed during these times will be processed the next business day.
Will I have to pay for international taxes and duties?
Possibly. Customs, duties, and local taxes (if any) are collected by your country and are not refundable by us. Your carrier may contact you for payment before delivery.
Can I have my order shipped as a gift?
Absolutely. We can:

Can I track my jewelry in the mail?
