Shipping Costs

New purchases: Free worldwide express shipping

Exchanges, repairs, maintenance & warranty service: Customer pays all shipping costs (to and from our studio)
Tracking

A tracking link is emailed once your label is created

The first scan may appear within 24–48 hours
Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT/GST, and fees charged by your country

These charges are not collected by Guardian Diamond and are non-refundable

Carriers may contact you to settle duties before delivery
Shipping Address & Changes

Please double-check your recipient name, address, and phone number at checkout

If you need a change, contact us immediately; once shipped, we can’t guarantee rerouting

Address corrections, refusals, or returned parcels may incur additional shipping fees
Gift Orders

We can remove pricing from the packing slip and include a gift note

Our packaging is mindful and premium; just add a request at checkout or message us after ordering
Weekend & Holiday Shipping

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (business days)

Carrier pickups/deliveries may not occur on weekends or public holidays in your region
Delivery Issues
Marked delivered but not received?

Check with household members, neighbors, security, or mailroom

Review the tracking page for delivery photo/notes

Wait 24 hours—carriers sometimes pre-scan

Contact DHL/FedEx with your tracking number

Message us with your order number + tracking; we’ll help initiate a trace
Tracking not updating?
This can be normal in the first 24–48 hours. If no movement after that, contact us.
Undeliverable / Refused Packages

Parcels returned as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed can be reshipped at the customer’s expense

If a refund is requested instead, original shipping/duty costs (if any) are non-refundable
Exchanges, Repairs & Warranty Shipments

For all service shipments (exchange, repair, maintenance, warranty), customers cover shipping both ways

Pre-Order & Made-to-Order

We’ll display expected timelines on the product page and/or confirmation email
